To look into a mirror

To look into a mirror

A Poem by Dreadnought Oblivion
"

I had to get some things off my chest, these words felt like they fit the best.

"
To look into a mirror anymore
Is to be consumed with loathing

To try to change
Is to feel the sharp sting of a slap to the face

To see other people happy
Is to see what is wrong with yourself

To smile
Is to lie

To be alone
Is the true double edge sword

The sweet feeling of quiet and peace
The harsh sting of a meaningless life

To live
Is to want to die

To die
Is to hate your weakness

To feel like someone loves you
Is the only thing that you want so bad, but can never ask for

To tell the world how you feel
Is to let the world know you're weakness

To seek pity
Is to claim that weakness

To watch their lives go by, without them noticing you
Is to feel like nobody to cares

To feel like nobody cares
Is to look into a mirror
