Abnormal to the words I love you.

Attentive to hearing the word failure.

Careworn as always, she doesn’t notice,

My scream for affection.

Her critical words are breaking me.

It’s time I’ve moved on,

From her detest feelings for me.

I hide my pain, and carry on.

Routine is key.

I’m not sure how I grow,

With a time bomb inside.

I’m scared of my thoughts.

And of the actions I portray.

Moving along alone.

Always,

And forever.

again, a little rough, i'm not sure if i like the ending.

i like the end because i tend to read punctuation as more of a pause, and a pause fits right there.
