A Poem by parker

You love my lips, but you won't kiss them.
You love my eyes, but you won't meet them.
I love your hands, but I can't hold them.
Please tear down this wall.

I fall asleep, I'm thinking of you.
Walk down the street, I'm looking for you.
One day, you say, I'll walk beside you.
Stone by stone it falls.

I'm so afraid that you'll forget me.
Connection aside, you can't be with me.
Don't want to get hurt, don't want to hurt me.
Safe behind your wall.

But here I am, I'm waiting for you.
Can't control my feelings towards you.
My lips, my eyes, my hands they beg you,
Please tear down this wall.
