Even though you weren't there for long, I wished for you to come into my world. I was anxious, waiting for the day to come when I would look at your eyes. They'd sparkle more than anyone else's I've ever met and I'd hold you tight within my arms. As I sit here, my knees up to my chest, my eyes begin to water as I began realized that you were never there. It appeared you were just a figment of my imagination and I was alone again.
