"

This guy ends up being pretty awesome later on, just wait...

"
[A man with a powerful, deep voice, with a hint of a fading German accent. Unlike the previous entries, this is taken in a background of nearly complete silence.]

I have had four pieces of pavement thrown at me today. All of them missed. Two of them fell off the edge. Those people have likely killed two people. They can be considered murderers, can't they? And shouldn't murderers be cured? It's for the best, always for the best. I have their names. They could be arrested. They could be cured. Or even simply dropped. Perhaps to allow the murderers to continue their murdering creates the fewest murderers. Because the ones who murder them become murderers, and the murderers will be punished by other murderers. And the process will continue.

And I refuse to live in a city of murderers.

Perhaps they will drop themselves.

Yes, perhaps they will drop themselves.

It doesn't have to be, it just has to seem. And so the Aventail were built to guard us, as no more than a dream, a faint belief to most. I, however, know that they are all too real.

[Could this city have been in the air? Is that even possible?]
