combating feelings.

how i felt when i had a conversation with an ex...and there is more of this to come. :(

Days…months

Years went by without us talking.

And today…that dam

That barrier which kept all of it out

Gave way and it all came crashing down.

Overwhelmed by emotions buried for an age.

These feelings so strong haven’t lost their potent sting.

Sending signals like it’s a techno light show

Confused is simply an understatement.

God the closure never came

God this taunting will never end.

God…I just need help..

God…god……

god give me strength.
