A DREAM

A guardian angel came in my dream

When I was strolling down the stream.

She asked- Do you believe in love?

I wondered, what is about this love?

Billions in the world speak about this!

Millions write about this!

Thousands make a living out of this!

Every one speaks about this.

I replied " no I did! But, no more.

It leads you to a world of fantasy,

Fills your mind with joy and ecstasy,

Then follows feelings of possession and jealousy

Deception causing pain and insanity.

I asked- what is about love?

Listen! My child- angel smiled.

Let this gentle breeze sooth your aching pain,

Let this stream wash off your brain.

Watch mother nature dance with moonlight beam,

See the sunrise embrace your dark dreams!

Now, listen! My child-angel smiled.

Love was born when the universe was born!

Love pervades all kinds of matter,

You, Me and every stroke of the creator.

Love is not credit or debit,

There is no account to keep!

Patience and sacrifice is its peak.

Believe in love! Angel pleaded,

My dream was broken, angel faded.
