I have a crush on my friend at school....and she's a girl and I'm a girl...it'll never work.

We talk and laugh with each other

we hug and comfort

and I am never as happy without you

but to you we are friends

you don't even know

my silent crush I have for you

Many time I have longed

to kiss your cheek

To hold you close

and say I love you

with more meaning then just friends

But I know you will not

ever feel the same

the little jokes that are made

about us as lovers

you have denied with a nervous laugh

I know you won't be happy

as two girl lovers

so to keep the smile on your face

I shall remain silent

and be content

at only being at your side

Wonderful display of longing and sacrifice for someone you love. Who knows, that nervous laugh might be her still denying herself of who she really is. It's a really sweet poem, the flow isn't bad. You also have an error in the seventh line "Many time I have longed" should be "Many times". Great poem, I like it.
