Torn

Torn

A Poem by Ryan Riley

I leave you here all alone,
Brittle to the bone.
Whispering in your ear,
Can you hear?
Torn memories left behind,
We cannot rewind.
Will you remain sane,
As I become insane?
Pain was in her eyes,
Covered away in my lies.
Destruction was in my smile,
It set there for awhile.
Her heart bled,
Colors of crimson red.
