she likes me for me

She tells me i can cut my hair, take out my septum, anything that makes me happy. I've never heard that before, and i cant decide whether to grace it or glare with malice, it feels like freedom, but it' a freedom I've never been given. I now truly think of who i am as a physical person rather than doing what make someone happy. Do i like my hair? Do i really want my septum? Do i like how I've been dressing? Jut a few questions its allowing me to ponder. I'll have my answers soon hopefully, i'm kind of excited for the outcome.
