and that's what i believe in.

maybe searching for joy is like going to the gym.

well you see,

the first few times you go to the gym

its feels like hell,

its uncomfortable,

but one thing is certain:

you always leave feeling better 

than when you arrived.

joy is like that, too.

the first few times you

willingly

go after it, 

it'll feel like something unknown,

something scary,

unsafe,

but that's when you'll 

feel the most alive, too.

when your throat hurts

from all the laughing.

when beauty makes you

tear up.

when your heart clenches

because you dont know 

when you'll feel this much love

again.

but that"s okay,

dont panic, 

it's only human to look for joy

at the end of the day.
