Loneliness

Loneliness

A Poem by Ken Baldwin

The emptiness inside me, lingers.
My heart breaking, repeatedly.
Sorrow, my constant companion.
Why can't I get over the loss?

It hurts more than I can say.
Every fiber of my being cries.

Loneliness. There is nothing worse.

This truly is a dark brooding piece but well written and all too familiar as well as relatable. Thank you for sharing this poem.

This too will pass. Loneliness is but a perception.
