The Dark Abyss of Time

I look into the distance;

so empty

so vast.

Most would say it is scary.

The unknown.

Not me,

Nope.

I look into the distance;

so full of hope

so open for adventure.

I would say it’s holding something.

My future.

I just came up with this looking into my empty tea cup... you can find anything, anywhere.

wow with this poem its like the 14th i have read today most was of my class's but i have to say out of them all this i like it. shows how you feel about the unkown and that you will live not out of fear but bravery bravo

Very creative. To me personally, this poem expresses the unknown future of one's life as they finally begin to live on their own or take care of themselves. All in all, good work.
