i want you to be mine
i want you to love flowers of valentine
i want you to smell my perfume in order to survive
i want you to love my name
and to forget the fame
i want you to sleep just to see me the next day
i want you to forget the people
and to dream about me
i want you to read my poems as you never read any thing
to see my messages as the are the only ones
i want you to love me just the way
i would love you
my dream man

i was widowed in 1989 .. (no sympathy please) but as i began to date and search .. not one wanted nor was interested in reading my poetic expressions .. and not one wanted to take dance lessons ..with me .. i could not believe it .. i thought i was the perfect man .. apparently not :)))) .. have to say a couple weeks ago a friend did ask to read a couple .. maybe there is hope .. good stuff here stars! so glad to meet you

Actually it is really sad when you want someone specific to read what you write then you get shocked that they are not even intrested in reading anything and not even intrested in giving you a chance to show them how much you love them deeply ,but i really wish that friend of yours does like what you write :)

very picky...you may have a tough time finding a man like that....lol. i love a lot of the concepts of love in this poem, having to smell sweet perfume just to have life or to read your words, as if words never existed before! very good write!
