I can't sleep tonight,

Knowing you aren't okay.

But to be honest,

I have no regrets...

I would say I'm sorry,

For causing this,

For hurting you,

But is it so terrible to say I'm not?

Sorry.

Such a sick word;

No one ever means it.

 

So as you bleed,

Drift away,

To a place where I don't exist.

This was a good poem. I really liked this a lot. It made me feel all happy inside. I agree with that line that says no one ever means it because at times it is true. Some people do mean it though. That is the problem you never know when it is fake or real. Thanks for sharing. :)

i'm soo jerlous :) uhhh the break of my block didn't turn too well...i was a lot better before i think, but i love the way its written...like the form, you take an extra pause whenever it streches like tht...i cnt explain, but its just soooo awesome! I keep smiling :)

I very much like the fluidity of the poem and the line placement which enhances the seed concept within of how flighty the I'm sorry statement is unless the act which elicited the response is never repeated~ very well presented poetic~
