Now...Which Way was it Again..?

(MANGA) Manaka leaves Makoto behind and ends up going the wrong way somehow.

I quickly finished my breakfast.

“I'll be leaving first.” I grabbed my plate and placed it in the sink.

“Makoto why don't you go with your sister?” Dad offered.

“Dad. I'm fine. I know the way.”

“I'm not finished with my breakfast anyways.” said Makoto.

Finally something we agree on.

I looked over at him and all that was left was half a cup of coffee.

“How long does it take you to drink that? Baaaaaaka.”

“Are you trying to say 'I can't remember the way to school Onii-chan please come with meeee because I'm a hopeless baaaaaka'?”

“Haaa? As if.” I growled.

I grabbed my bag as I pushed in my chair and headed for the door.

“Have a good day.” My parents yelled.

“You too.” I called out.

I took out my cell phone to look at the time.

~7:45~

“Alright! I have plenty of time. Dad said it only takes 20 minutes to walk to Kagonami High.”

~20 Minutes Later~

What is this a premonition!?

My face sank in despair as I realized I was completely and utterly lost.

It's embarrassing but if I call home Mom or Dad will pick me up.

I whipped out my phone.

~Battery Low~

My eyes grew wide.

I tried making a call home.

~Power Save Mode You May Only Dial Emergency Numbers~

I looked up.

~Flashback to last night~

knock knock

“What is it Mom?” I said glancing over at the door and back at the manga in my hands.

“Charge your phone I know you always forget.”

“Haaiiiii.”
