now this spoke to me today very personally thanks I think this is beautifully written almost like a song the tune ""catch a falling star,"" came to mind (not sure of the singer), could be andywilliams long before your time lol.

This is so powerful! Your words are simple & your phrasing is brief, but somehow you pack a big WHACK in what you are saying. You repeat all the ways we have of shutting people up, telling them to stop feeling, stop experiencing what's really happening to you, & instead, act in a way that is comfortable to others.
