A walk with me myself and I

A walk with me myself and I

A Poem by Shannon

Today in the park i was talking
With me, myself, and I
And slowly as we were walking
Me told a little lie
But then myself called her out
And said "that's just not true"
And I of course said with a pout
"This i surely rue"
And knowing me
She could not see
That she just would not win
So myself and i
Picked apart her lie
And revealed the truth within
And now I won't trust me
And myself refuses to walk
Apart with me in the park by the sea
Where the arrogant gulls gawk

But oh how i do miss them
Me myself and I
Me was quite outspoken
Myself was quite shy
And I of course was a balance
Because of my reference....why?

To me only my opinion matters
And to myself i am polite
And i of course am perfect
Funny how point of view matters, to make yourself just right....

Well this is amusing. I had to re-read a few lines, it was confusing, but the enigma is what makes this. Nice.
