mind gymnastics

mind gymnastics

A Poem by the tipsy writer

There’s magic in the walls
If you open your mind
But be wary of monsters that strike from behind
From front
From every side
From where thoughts arise
At the beginning of eternity
Stretching stretching stretching
Back into those walls.
Of geometric shapes and colorful computer screens
On roller coasters of textured music.
Dancing pictures
Infinite rooms that lead to places I know but I lost the way like I lost the time and suddenly
I’m back in the corner of a bed on waves
Sailing to calmer mornings
And better headspace
