The Doom Poem

The Doom Poem

A Poem by Tristan E

My name is Doom
D double O M- Doom
Please step out of the way
Wouldn't want anyone to get hurt
An accident waiting to happen, you could say
"Here comes he,
Who spits fire and leaves destruction everywhere he goes,
Here comes-"

Doom.

Doomed by my innocence
Doomed by my circumstance
I throw my hands in the air in utter surrender
Creation holds my hands above me
Pulls me from the ground
A beginning

But once doom always doom
They tell me they can't let me through
Their conscience was tangled by my hands
I don't blame them for their hesitation
But i wish they would let me defend my actions
I spat fire to override their calming waters
I was not calmness
I was destruction
I was doom

But I am different now
I am tranquility
I am construction
I am destiny

And still
I am doomed
