I haven’t written in awhile

There hasn’t been much to say

All my wishes were granted

Now I just want to wish them away

 

My love for you hurts

My hate for her has died

My fear for him had disappeared

And my soul does nothing but sigh

 

I haven’t written in awhile

I miss the love we had

I miss what we shared

I miss the old you

And I just want it all repaired.

 

I haven’t written in awhile

But now I will

All the thoughts I have

They soon will spill.
