classic rock

My feelings about the best music ever

pop is poop,

 rap is crap,

 classic rock is where its at.  

 

countrys slow,

 and classicals old,

 but you never know with rock and roll.

 

 oldies are the same,

soundtrack is from games,

 but rock will lead you to fame.      

 

 screamo is gay,

 alternative is ok,

 but classic rock blows your mind away.

 

 some people say,

rock is dead & gone away,

 and the new will be here to stay.          

 

 then i put on Journey,

 and i disagree,

 because rock still lives inside of me.

I love the poem, yet I'll also say you dissed most of my favorite music. Country, I'll listen to the 90's and some 2000's, but not much ... who would make a song and call it Ballogna? Anywhoo, screamo is an art form (an opinion of mine) and if done wrong, you can scar your voice for life! Listen to M. Shadows from Avenged Sevenfold speak and sing now when he doesn't scream! (I tend to believe that's why his voice is so raspy!) Pop music is s**t, rap is s**t, so I love the things you said about that! :)

ok i admit, screamo is rubbish but rap!? HAAAAAAAAAAAILLLL NAR. good poem though. love how you stand by your opinion in it.

Amen to that girl! I'm with rock all the way. Although I do have to say, some pop songs are ok. All groups have their ups and downs. And individuals do have their flavor of music that they prefer.
