I can only hope

Everything around me changes

so frequently

I

have trouble keeping up

 

I get left behind and frustrated.

I

 love

how you pull me through to the best of your ability.

 

I feel like I cant do the same for

you

I wish I could.

 

I never know what to do,

I get

so

low when I realize

that I cant be what's best for you.

 

Sometimes the thought crosses my mind

that I should give you up so that you can finally find

someone that does as

much

for you

as you do for her.

 

I don't know what I can do.

I want to be with you forever.

Until the day I die.

Until my last breath is passed through my lungs.

Until I can no longer speak.

I can't imagine my life without you

I don't ever want to live it without you.

 

I'm insecure.

I'm selfish.

I'm immature.

I'm negative.

I'm indesicive.

 

I want to be your everything.

Your sun,

your stars,

your whole world.

 

I want to be your one and only,

I know that you are and will be

my only one for as long as I live.

 

I want to show you I love you,

thing is, we are young.

But once we are of age,

I want to roll over one morning,

and see your face right next to mine.

 

I can only hope you feel the same.

wow...! this a very touching poem.. i can sooo relate to this! though it hurts to love someone who doesn't really care for you, you just can't let go of the feelings you have for that person... and the last line is very powerful! great job on this.. :) and, it's soo creative of you to make a hidden message on your poem. it really made this piece stand out! ^_^
