As a Lake I Come

As a Lake I Come

A Poem by Ben

As a lake I come
Soft is the wind
Waves will form when storms are let in
When water is still
Reflections you'll see
I kept the waves high, they said I was free
With speed at half sail
I take on the storm
My boats overturned, I wail and I morn.
I ask for some help
A heart felt bail
A ship makes presence; a ship at full sail.
