I am an addict. not of just one thing, of many.

I'm addicted to cigarettes,

I'm addicted to self harm,

I'm addicted to coffee,

I'm addicted to sex,

I'm addicted to the rush I get when I sneak out at night,

I'm addicted to pushing people away when things get tough,

I'm addicted to blowing all my money when I really should use it to fix my problems,

I'm addicted to not eating when I feel fat, and eating too much when I'm upset,

but most importantly, I'm addicted to you.

I'm addicted to your laugh,

your smile,

your deep blue eyes,

the way you look at me from across the room, and everyone disappears,

Honestly, I think I'm addicted to you because its the best form of self harm that my mind has thought up.

not being able to have you is pure torture and I love every second of it.

I'm digging this and I found myself, somewhat disheartened, addicted to some of the same things. Everything after the first line flows perfectly, but there is something about the first line I don't like too much. I keep reading it over trying to think of a better way to write and I'm not sure how to yet, but the flow is a little off.

"I am an addict. Not of just one thing but of many."

"I am an addict, of just many things."

But I'm not sure if any of those would work. Also keep it the way you have it would do just as good. The most important thing is not losing your voice, but those are some of my ideas.
