Sculpting Stones

Sculpting Stones

A Poem by wtcarkeek09

This stone in my mind, it wants to skip a while.

Skim the waves we’ll write, maybe form a pile.

This stone in my mind, somewhat desires depth.

Seeks to weigh of marble, and sink with the rest.

This stone in my mind, it could pass the time.

Weigh on trees, or sharpen to fines.

The stone in my mind, the one I sculpted,

Will remain just there, until I throw it.
