777 she went to heaven

777 she went to heaven

A Poem by potato

A single tear

Streams down

Skin,

White as

Porcelain.

Her time

Has come

And she shall

Feel no more.

A single breath

Escapes through

Pale lips

It shall be

Her last.

Her goodbye

Left on crumpled paper

Tells of her

Last wish.

“I shall forever

Be free.

Just me

And the

Almighty

Power  of

God.”

Your poem speaks to (and for) my heart and my angst.
Another raw and precious creation, dear poet.
