I love work written from a very person view, espically one that captures on taboo subject.
Like eating disorders, or mental illness, the eyes of the world through someone with multiple personality syndrome.
A poem or story or book about a personal fight... not a detailed description of what it is.. but a tale or a poem merely using it as a focal point.
A day in the life of an anorexic, or a manic depressive.
Give me something different. Something powerful.. and something that broadens ones understanding

1st - grants a deep understanding, a tale of true power brilliantly written
2nd - Very well described and depicted, a taste of life with a suffering
3rd - A fantastic and educational piece of work
