You've been the one that sees right through me.

The one I can always rely on.

Depend on.

You've been the one whose helped me through my life's mysteries.

You are the most majestic of songs.

Beautiful.

Creative.

Amazing.

You've been the only one to really love me for me.

I love you as if you were my flesh and blood.

My sister.

When my world seems grim,

and my days seem to be blackened by Pain's cloud,

You've given me an open hand.

Loving.

Warm.

Selfless.

You've given me so much more than I deserve. 

You're a blessing in the form of an angel  pure at heart.

I love you,

I really do.

I would do anything for you.

Take a hit from a bullet.

Get struck by a truck.

I would give you my life, If it meant for you to live.

Now, this is really good. I love the honesty, the style, the way you organized the rhythm an lines. My only suggestion (not that it's really needed) would be a blank line here and there; just to let the reader catch their breath. Very good. Keep going brave explorer... your journey has just begun.
