Dead Stallion (Orange Summer part 4)

Dead Stallion (Orange Summer part 4)

A Poem by Robert Wilson
"

He finally meets the girl in person

"
Wounded angels sometimes fall from Heaven
One of them fell at my back door today
She wore an Alice in Chains shirt
And had hair the color of death
Her desert hands led me to a meadow
Where fireflies dance under the star-flooded sky
We embraced like a snake and a tree
And I kissed her cardboard lips
She's so beautiful
Like a dead stallion.

very well written... the contrast between dark and light, beauty and ugly is used in a very interesting manner..

but i'm not sure how much sense it makes to say, she's so beautiful, like a dead stallion..
Unless once again you are trying to bring that contrast together.

the line we embraced like a snake and tree... loved that one. .good write

much love n respect

I am enjoying this series very much.

...it sounds a little scary though.

How bizarre and wonderfully vivid. Great descriptive writing. Strange but a great read.
