Time lost it's way
Gone are the days
Euphonic to sarcastic
In my imprudent schedule

Worth was between lines
Obscure are minds
Words are worthy
In chapters of life

Beats scare me
Breath terrifies me
Dark seems mighty foe
In lumps of struggle

Beauty is a scar
Bestowed a smile
Through ripped tears
Nonetheless, it's my face

Picturesque serendipity
Grotesque dreams
Asking my soul to cherish
And grab the life

You’ve conveyed that sensation in your words, popping along unexpectedly, starting out a little bit grounded in “time”, but eventually taking leaps away from being tethered to anything but the way life unfolds.
