7. Reverie II (English)

A Chapter by Sir Drift & Mr. Pulse

"

Kissing petals from the rose I planted

I swallow a cloud to conceal my dreams

inside, fireworks when I see you

Stars take the place of tears in my eyes

I sink in a mirror, trapped with just your reflection

Oh, beautiful ghost who's name I know not

My spirit rejoices, smiling at an empty crown

A ring painted, bronze, silver, and gold

I find myself on my knees at dark

Sailing through a realm of beauty and light

I felt you in the wind tickling my face

and the rush of waves hugging me tight

I noticed in the flames a body revealed

Ashes that leave behind a trace

The Snow are words I cannot decode

Falling from heavens rivers to pour on me

In my hand I hold a spirit, a light

The one reason of my fight

It's yours and I keep it as your life

For you are, yes you, My Spiritual Wife

This reads like a love letter. And very nice.
Why would anyone want to conceal their dreams? And swallowing a cloud? Interesting...
The last stanza here is just perfect ending..

This is beautiful. I really love how you did a Spanish version and an English one! That is really unique. Very beautiful and delicate but powerful showing your emotion.

Hey, where there is opportunity, I take it. Not a snake, but surely sly, well... It all depends ;)
This is simply beautiful, and I'm really not a big poetry fan. From beginning to end, it's a lovely string of words that captivate. Great work :)
