I would love to tell you my entering into this world was a dark and stormy night, with crashing lighting and roaring thunder, or something else astounding and interesting like that. But I am sure that at 4:07pm on April 30th, 1993 in a small town in Florida was hardly an exciting event. There I was, readily handed to my mother and as her dreams of what I would become passed over her eyes, I wondered if I would live up to them.

A thesaurus is my best friend, for I regret to inform you that my vocabulary is not as lengthy as most, though I do try rather hard. I have always had a passion for writing, though also a dark secretive way of hiding any words written by my hand in fear of letting anyone know too much about me. After writing nearly 30 stories, (none of which have been completed, might I add) I decided I finally wanted opinions and reviews of my writings, and searched out for a place to belong and be surrounded by others who loved language and story-telling nearly as much as I. I found quizilla which was lovely for a time, before taken over by fanfic-crazed preteen girls. It was at that time I decided to find a more..mature? place to go. Finally I found here. Hopefully it is all I was looking for...
