I've been writing for about 16 years. My poetry as all writers, has changed and developed over the years. Everything I write is personal about events and people that have influenced over my many years. As a child, there wasn't any one I could relate to. Most people did understand my passion and my talent. But going on into my adult life I have been blessed to meet so many amazing writers that have helped me grow and develop myself. Not only do I write, I draw.. paint.. and live my life through the laughter of my voice and the joy I find in making others smile. Recently I have had great joy in teach my fantastic nieces how to write and draw. I have 2 older brothers, one older sister and younger sister. I have 12 nieces and nephews... and more and more poppin out in the years to come. My family is my strength and my back bone and give my all to make sure they are as happy as they have made me.
