I am a cellist, singer, and occasionally writer of things.

I'm a fan of fantasy and sci-fi, and Tolkien, Lewis, Jordan, and Gaiman are my heroes. My favorite kind of writing is the kind that that sets my mind reeling and then makes think.

In terms of my own writing, I favor short stories.

I love the sciences, astronomy in particular, and one of my favorite quotes of all time is:
"Though my soul has set in darkness, it shall rise in perfect light- I have loved the stars too fondly to be fearful of the night."
