I love reading, writing, and music, but my favorite thing is definately art :D
I love love love to read and write though, so that's why I'm on this site :) I'm also in chorus, so that's where the music thing ties in...
I'm currently starting my first "book" but depending how long it ends up it may be more of a super long story... not completely a book though.
So, I guess that's it :) read and review and I'll do the same for you :D

QUESTION: To post or not to post. I have a novel called "Sleepwalker". I'm about ten thousand words in and it's fantasy, but a different kind of fantasy. Like not modern. Medieval-ish. All I can really say is that it has a ginger (named Jenny much to yours and Emma's delight), a romance, a geek, a bard, and a touch of Greek Mythology. Interested?

Glad you liked it. I didn't even italicize self expression on purpose! I'm pretty pleased with it actually. It's been a frustrating piece. Glad I got through it. I know what you mean about those quips though. I realized that, but I can't write like anything right now because like half of that story was written today and words seem confusing right now... :)

If it had blue trim and hand drawn pictures then it was mine and Emily Cerrone's. We got a perfect score on that because we're awesome! ALL YOUR WIVES MAIDS AND VIRGINS. It's actually quite subtly in there. Remember Malcolm says it.

I know what you mean. You can always go back and edit some stuff. Try to subtly mention small details throughout the story like "The twinkle in my dad's brown eyes told me that he wasn't taking me seriously" or something less cliche.

For your first prose story, Annabelle Holden is a great piece. I meant more like what her dad looks like or if her house was immaculate or one of those sloppy homey places. Overall I think you're writing a great piece.
