I agree wholeheartedly. I would not live without the intensity of the shadows, alive with gifts and wisdom . They are simply the flip side of joy and one really cannot experience one without fully embracing the other.
If you try to ward off pain and dwell only in pleasantries truly you are only floating on the surface never touching anything of very much meaning.

I thought you would...like this place that is:-) Its really a nice site for writers. There is a lot of quality here. I've been very impressed.
I have been soooo busy. Moving my daughter and grand daughters out, and into their own place and getting ready for my trip to Colorado . If you don't see me for awhile you know where I am. I'll accept that "invitation" when I get back but you'll have to tell me where and how :-)
