Soaring Still

Soaring Still

A Chapter by Abdul Batin Osman Bey
"

day dreams

"

I lie on my bed

Punctured

Veins receding

Cloudy eyes closed

Cool numbness invites me

Out of body

I chase the twinkling lights

A divine sensation rushes within

Piles of junk clog the heart

Borderline of life and death

Profoundly still, rushing madness

Without moving I dance around the universe

Until …….

Eyes open

Aching body

Juno by my side

I’m ready to continue my day
