This isn’t following rules as far as I know. To those that run from feeling or have depression.

Birds learn to fly only after they fall

Don’t you fall for long 

But fall if you need too 

And learn to fly

We can brake into, a thousand pieces

Brick by brick if you need too

Helping hands are never out of reach

You can get stronger from braking

We can survive the pain 

The road is long but keep going 

Don’t you think you’re not worth it

Keep braking 

Keep building 

Keep growing
