Buckle

Buckle

A Poem by AleyshaRosa
"

haven't a wonderland clue

"

The jitter of walls

The flickering in halls

I jump from your grasp

And reach for the clasp

Just below your heart

All the way back to start

So I can unclip that clasp

And slip from your grasp

I liked the constant rhyme, it gave it a nice rhythm. I thought the whole clasp idea was really good; it makes it a tad ominous but not fully.

To come back again ... and begin anew without clasps. Wonderful ... tender ...

I liked this, I enjoy short and concise poems and this was spectacular. Powerful in It's symmetry, nice work. Kudos.
