God Bless America

God Bless America

God Bless America

World can say, whatever they think

or want, we are born free and ruled

them all, a land blessed by the Lord

our motto is simple, in God we trust

We welcome all religions, respect them

believe in equality, humanity we care

provide asylum to those who need

a land chosen by God, to make him proud

Our men and women in uniforms are

the bravest from all, we don't forget

enemy we find, even we have to invade

a foreign country, we hunt them down

Donations, aids and charities we provide

still those countries treat us like ungrateful wives

we stand with weak, fight most evil enemies

which are barbarians, untamed beasts and freaks

Lord be with our leaders, give wisdom to all

let all of us be united, like one strong family

we are proud to be Americans, because

in freedom we believe, God bless America

Till there is sun, moon and stars, I pray to God

my flag stay on top, until the end of time let USA

be blessed with Prosperity, one strong united nation

the leader of the world, hear my little prayer my Lord!

I like that this view is positive. So many people complain about how terrible it is. I am always like, yes no one is perfect and the past was unfair and unkind, but we are moving in the right direction. And look at the rest of the world. There's so much disease, famine, genocide, infanticide, war and poverty! I tell people that we are spoiled. They have no idea what harsh conditions are ad are lucky to not have bombs blowing up innocent homes and kids. Thanks for writing.

This is wonderful. Portrayer of ones own country. The diction captured it all. Freedom, equality, power, unit, love, justics. These are the attributes of a great country. Well written.

A great sentiment overall. I like the fact that we have patriotic people who will openly express their views in a time when such feelings are not welcomed. Many days, I feel the opposite of what is written here, but I still love my country and agree with many of the sentiments you have put forth here.

Thank you for this.

We can hate our parents some times but we can never stop loving them. Thank you K!

Couldn't agree with you more.
It is so easy to take all we have for granted. Sometimes it seems we have a love/hate relationship with the world, but your words remind us we are still the "land of the free and home of the brave." Thank you for sharing!

I quite like this because lately all I've been hearing people do is complain about America. Thank you for writing something that so eloquently expresses how great it can be.

What a wonderful tribute to our home country. It really is true, we are a unique place, and one of the most patriotic. I had a friend visit from another country and point out that they don't showcase their flags the way we do. Well said!

Thank you Ashira, well because we love our country.
I love this country can't stand the ones who run it into the ground and make us enemies amongst ourselves, this is suppose to be that land of the free and of mixed diversities, all men created equal and such, it's all about the lands resources, who has it and who wants it , but the real America is it's dwellers, the everyday people, the backbone of this country, Walmart workers, construction workers, railroads, mailmen, the native Americans lol, etc...the blue collars are America not it's leaders who rape and pillage this land and other peoples land for greed. very nicely written.
