"Walking Midnaught Paths..."

"Walking Midnaught Paths..."

A Poem by Chris
"

Sigh

"

I've gotten notes from a few - some are just taking a break - others got tired of some 'tudes… and a few really died - most have entered the universe of memory.

“Walking Midnaught Paths…”

Life as we live it.

So many chase…

sometimes even a dream

sometimes without a clue

sometimes relief from their own darknesses

…any tomorrow at all.

Some find hope

some …heart.

Some find their fears,

others a sunrise.

AND WE …

breathe and wander

our own paths

while we witness

their existence in passing.

Chris

Just passing through. Yes, it can be all about that passing, and who we meet and might never see again, whether it is something enforced or endured. It may only be the memory that lasts. Well written. If I had any criticism, I would say that the opening line borders on cliche. I'm prone to doing that myself, too, and in your case I'm not sure there is a better way of saying it. Sometimes cliches are handed down simply because that is the best way of expressing it.
