I hear that many people cannot sleep at night. Some are afraid, some are in anxieties. So to sleep your whole tension needs to leave out of your brain. I ubderstood in my life when I was depressed and was in anxieties for about 3 years that, "Solution of tension can not be solved by thinking or in thinking, it is to be solved by doing or in doing". So let's go to sleep.

Before taking your sleep, sit on your bed and remain silent for 15 minutes, your mind will have calmness and sleep will appear automatically. Then with the name of God or your loved one, jump on the bed and sleep.


Many people sleep normally at night. I don't know whether they ever feel about sleep. Because, those who have problem of non-sleep, think of sleep and those who have no problem of sleep, donot think of sleep. We can never sleep intentionally.

Because I myself couldn't sleep once for 3 years. A body needs 8 hours of sleep. But in the complete 3 years, I could sleep only maximum 4 hours, instead of 8 hours.

Okay, you do sleep well.
