Becoming Fully Human

Becoming Fully Human

A Story by Burak Batuhan Karakus

Righteousness, consists of making decisions without selfish motives. Justice entails making decisions without the consideration of oneself, as the presence of oneself in a decision negates justice. Therefore, justice is comprised of decisions made without self-interest. We look for justice in a book: "A person is born, comes to life, grows, gains strength, and draws strength from their decisions." If their decisions are just, they become complete. If they become complete, they become human. Reason constantly compels a person to make decisions, and if they desire to make accurate and just decisions, they must understand what is right and what justice is. Only then can justice be established.

You make a good point here about justice... what does it mean? i believe it's about making right decisions without one's self in the making of them, then it is called justice; if the decision is just then it is complete...
