A time of year

Stapled to the backs of mules.

Brought into town,

 

From out of town.

 

A time of day,

Positioned, slightly, on a stool.

Wheeling out from her,

 

                And into the warehouse

I am never disappointed reading your writing. This poem reminded me of another poem... there is a line about skunks nailed to a tree. I tried to find it, but alas, the internet has failed me. I have it at home in a book; I believe the poet's name is Adam.... something lol Anyways, thanks for sharing!
