Dear Dakshta

My review of your six word piece.

I have pieces on here which are simple sentences like 'Clichés'

I also have a number of pieces on here which are sixty words exactly in length and which have been published as part of a mainstream ISBN anthology of micro stories.

So I find much merit in brevity, rather more in writing than my reviewing!

Less is more.

So in six words what do you say or speak?

Volumes.

Personal reaction?

When I am ill, depressed or frightened and feel threatened, I will often talk to people with my eyes closed.

Indeed I may even do it in the mornings when I try to wake up with heavy sedatives.

I don't do it deliberately, but people can be unnerved by it when I am ill.

Keeping my eyes closed when speaking to others, is like a barrier I put up against the world that says, I will only let you in vocally but not visually.

It is a self-defence mechanism to protect me and my full meaning from others and them form me and mine.

Your point is not lost on me.

To hide the fullness of me and my truth, I will actually close my eyes.

It is only when I open them that people get all of me, and my full truth.

A long review for six words?

Yes!

A deserved review for six meaningful words?

Most certainly. They speak volumes.

In all friendship

James
