Chapter VI

Even during the the good times you always found something to pick one I swallowed every word. The taste I had in my mouth then vanished into the hair when I felt your arms against me. I was so close, and you seemed to be afraid and pushed me away. I was trying to love you, with everything that I did. I did it for us. When days were darker and I wasn't with you everything seem to be screaming at me, trying to bury me. The thought of us together skin to skin helped but little by little I was losing the sight of light, one word from you and I could breathe again. It seemed we reversed roles and I was the one needing your breath to be alive to make it out. Now I can breathe alone.
