The future, what must it behold for all..very good in writing and expressing your point of view. Truly intriguing, and this can open so many ideas and logistics, when it comes to looking ahead, say 10 or 50 years from now...Life on earth definitely will not be as it is today.
In the future Tolerance, Empathy, Respect and other such gentle words will disappear from our dictionaries because, Man won't need them any more, will have forgotten their meaning. In their stead other words will be printed in golden lettering eg, CYNICISM, SPITE, ENVY, INDIFFERENCE, BIGOTRY to name just a few. Words are weapons, especially when screamed over the heads of ignorant know-alls. Racism kills all colours, and in the end all that's left are Orchid-like clones which will soon fade because, there'll be nobody to look after them, to support them. So says one of those creators.. who may or not be right but still has a right ... Perhaps.
I appreciate the question. The quote pretty much is making fun of humans way of thinking and current events. Whether you acknowledge it or not, Texan schools recently tried erasing the truth about slavery and its involvement in American History. To think one day my children or their children will be taught to believe racism never existed. But there will still people believing a Jesus will come down from the sky..
One actually happened while the other no matter how impossible is still widely accepted as truth based on faith.
This is the world we live in.
It also wasnt an intentional jab at Christians, unless you choose to be offended, which is also ok. Everyone is entitled to their opinions.
I saw your bio and kinda laughed a little. Honestly, you taking the idea of racism as "bad" is true. But the hypocritical and more or less ironic thing you said is
"and people will still believe Jesus is going to come floating down from the sky. "
Since racism is offensive and you believe that, why would you write something offensive about Christians?
No need for an argument, just a common, honest, question,
