The Preacher

The Preacher

A Chapter by Emily B

Previous Version
This is a previous version of The Preacher.

He walks a fine line,

reaching for Heaven

but still falling

to the cold ground.

He believes in the power

of the true Word,

admits his own failings

and hopes to lead

his flock

to a better reward.

Wow Emily, I am absolutely gripped by your words right now. Thank you so much. Throughout the day I shall read as much as I can, and I'll let you know which work I have read, even if I haven't the time to leave any proper reviews.

You have managed to cast light onto the head of human endeavors true nature with a delicacy that could only com from a fine Artistic and Poetic mind. I admire this and you.

I think the idea for this whole book is a a great idea. I also think you are on to something, but instead of painting half hearted superficial hints at the characters. I think you might be better off delving more into their characters....it all comes off as a bit superficial to me.
It is a good idea and i think there is definately the making of something interesting here...but i think you should go further into it. Sorry i dont like to give the golly gee that was wonderful reviews...lol
unless i really dont care....if i didnt care then you got a golly gee....which means it is eh.....lol
if i critique it. it deserves better...i see potential

It might be pretty new, but it's still pretty good : >)
Ya ever wonder what it must have been like for Paul, Peter, Luke, and the others? To have walked so close to Him for those few years... and then to be trusted to set the groundwork for generations to come. And yet, they were just simple men. Plain old regular folks like us...
Ummm ummmm ummmmmm!
