Heaven

Heaven

A Poem by Gabby Nieves

Suit yourself if all you need
is peripheral vision
and daylight
Lie to me
Die for me
numb yourself
or suffer in silence
speak through soil
stain me
in your favorite colour
so here I'll stay
in the Heaven
of your existence.

Response Verse by Jack Kennedy:

Lose yourself since all i crave
is your presence
and companionship
Use me
Abuse me
suit yourself
or descend from desire
dive through death
define me
in your own special way
so forever I'll lay
in this heaven
of your acceptance.

Great job.

"So forever I''ll lay in this heaven of your acceptance." I liked that line.

I appreciate you for attempting to get me out of this slump I'm in right now, and your writing for giving me a new blueprint to follow.
